The Monday Night!

Ally came over and we had our usual exciting Prison Break / Heroes Monday night, although there were a few complications today.

We didn't end up watching Prison Break until 2am because the first release got nuked, then the proper wouldn't download because the tracker broke, so hundreds of peers were connected but we were just sitting there at 0% because there were no seeds, because there was no tracker. Heroes downloaded right away so we watched it first (we usually watch it second) but as usual Heroes was awesome and we both enjoyed it. With all the great shows on that we watch, it's difficult to pin point which one is the favorite, but with Lost off now for thirteen weeks, the award probably goes to Heroes as the one I look forward to the most each week, as Prison Break has somewhat lost it's way, Nip/Tuck has lost my interest due to it's competition and the fact that it's becoming a bit 'ugh' lately, but shows like Studio 60, The Office, ANTM and 30 Rock aren't really comparable as they're very different shows.

mmhmm
Yeah.. T-Bag is fuckin badass

I can't help but feel that Prison Break doesn't have much time left, mainly because it's getting way too far from the premise, and it's got no where left to go. The idea of the show is Michael trying to get out of the country, that's what this entire season has been about, but... like, what happens when he gets out? It's over! So, naturally we know he won't get out, but what does that leave? A show about him narrowly avoiding capture each week? Bleh.. no thanks. I watched Prison Break because of it's amazingly crafted plot, where all these little pieces fell into place and it was mind blowing how it all fit, but now it's just so all over the place, with nothing fitting anywhere, it's all just choas. I'll still watch it, but I fear for it's survival.

I just had a nice hot bath and Tidus and Kairi kept me company while I was soaking, and now I'm just writing a bit because it kinda feels good, and I'll probably finish the night with some Ghost Hunters, or ANTM cycle 2, or SNL.

Tomorrow is some more chillaxin, and then Wednesday is our first non-Lost party night, but it will be converted into a FFXII night, where we can all take turns playing for a set amount of time (four of us) or if we're really dedicated to the idea, Ally could bring her PS2 and game, and I could hook it up to my second tv, and we could have the four of us alternating the tv's.

It should be fun, and hopefully the whole FFXII night thing works out, and beyond that, I don't really have anything else to talk about. Goodnight and... get away!

PS. There was an error on my Webkore FTP, where the permissions got changed so there were a lot of errors, specifically with writing to the RSS feed, but I think I fixed them... dunno what that was about. If only Tony was still alive *glances up at the sky*

T-bag is the only reason I'm still watching the show. Everyone else just bothers me. I would rather watch reruns of Heroes. I <3 Hiro :D
