Mark's Package (haha)
I woke up this morning at around 5:30am, for no particular reason... maybe because I was having weird dreams where I was in pain, and then when I woke up I was actually in pain... so I got up and went pee, and turned music on and attempted to go back to sleep, but after about two minutes I could just tell that I wasn't going to fall back asleep. I played some Final Fantasy 3.. or 6.. I don't remember which one, but I played it for a bit in bed, and then I got up and finished making Mark's music CD's, which I actually kept busy with until around 9 or 10am when I finally finished. In the end, it was 10 CD-Rs of albums, and 3 DVD-R's of albums, and the full list is right here.
I met my Mom at 12:45pm for lunch, and so that I could give her Mark's stuff to mail to him, so she's got it now and is going to get an envelope for it and mail it tomorrow at work, so that's done! Mark should get it pretty soon, and then he'll have lots of music goodness!
In the last.. uhh.. day.. I've been playing a lot of Final Fantasy 3 and Final Fantasy 6, just switching between the two every few hours, and it's a lot of fun. As I'm sure you all know, I've played Final Fantasy 6 about a gajillion times, when I owned it on SNES when it first came out, I bought it at Consumers Distributing for $99.99 in 1994, and it was the very first game I ever got over 100 hours in (the clock actually stopped at 99:99:99 and just stopped counting), then again on PS1 with Final Fantasy Anthology, and now again on GBA. It's the greatest Final Fantasy ever, greatest RPG ever, and one of the best games ever. So suck on that. As for Final Fantasy 3, I've played the original on NES (fan translated) and it's kept a lot of the original 'core', where the game is a huge but fun grindfest with a big learning curve, but they've injected a bit more story, more character, and of course made it prettier. I do have a few things to complain about concerning both of them, but I'm not going to write any of that until I get through most (or all) of the game.
I'm pretty tired, but don't want to nap because I might get a headache, so I'll probably try to play games all afternoon and try to make it to a reasonable time to go to sleep. Oh yeah, and tonight I'm making myself spaghetti with my new veggies... daaamn right.
