Excessive

Today was the worst.

I had to leave work an hour early because of my headache. It was this sharp, intense pain behind my eye, up the back of my neck, on the left side. I couldn't think straight, and I'm not just saying that. I mean, I was having trouble getting thoughts through. I could only stare at the screen, and things weren't making sense.

I struggled for most of the day. Driving home was no better. I spent the rest of the afternoon in bed, eventually having a hot shower.

Tonight has been a strange, unsettling time. I don't feel right, nothing feels right. I feel anxious.

I'm on the brink of a huge deadline at work, and it's stressing me out. I was trying so hard to figure it all out today, and I just couldn't do it. I felt so lost, and just so confused as to how to achieve what is expected to be achieved.

I'm watching The Avengers: Age of Ultron with my puppy and can't stop thinking about work stuff.
