Remember when?
There was a time when I used to write everynight, on paper and on here.. now it seems to only happen twice a week, sometimes only once, depending on the mood.
I got up late for work today, but I called in to work as soon as I woke up, and they offered me VTO right off the bat. What VTO is, is voluntary time off. You get a free day off, with no 'points' against you; seemed like the perfect day for it... beautiful outside, light spirit...
I spent the begginning of the day reprogramming the public version of my entry script, working out a few bugs and then formatting it, since I sold it! WOOT! Yeah.. one day I want to be doing this for a living, and this is one step in the right direction. I also (am about to have) sold more webspace, which will be a nice little bonus I wasn't counting on. I'm actually selling more space than I thought I would, but I guess that was the whole point right? The next step is to get the Webkore forums active so it looks like we have customers... damn us for not having server issues!
The better half of the day was spent programming my account scripts, and revamping the comment script from scratch. I'm intertwining my whole website so it's all seamless, using accounts and stuff. Today I made the new comment script able to read and write to new and old comment files, without any hiccups. It also won't let you post unless you have an accuont :P For those of you with accounts, click here for a test 'comment'.
Also for those with an account, I've also made the ability to edit and save your profile information, which.. on a side note.. isn't viewable by anyone yet, but none-the-less, you should go and fill out your information! From the main panel, select my profile, or just click here you lazy fucker.
Tommorrow will be the 'view profiles' day, where I make it so anyone can just load up someones profile and check it out.. it KIND of works now, but I've got to make it great. Also, I'm going to be working more on the comment revamp, by completely changing the way comments are displayed.
Other than that, I'm going to go enjoy my coffee and music, and say farewell for now.
