A Summary?
Let's start with my birthday. There were two aspects that stand out. It being a fun day, and people actually knowing it was my birthday and going out of there way to make me feel good. Both things really surprised me!
First of all, Michelle gave me the greatest online card ever, so many thanks to her. Both Ann and Phil gave me two seperate cards which equally kicked ass, both my Mom and my Dad emailed me with birthday greetings, Jenny, Madison and Michelle all wished me a happy birthday together later in the day, as well as sang to me! Julia said happy birthday, and even more surprisingly, Owen said happy birthday too! Teresa and Sarah and even more people all said happy birthday too. It was amazing how many people did, and it really surprised me because I thought no one would remember, or care or anything. It was very nice, and I thank anyone who went out of their way to say something to me! I really really appreciate it more than you know.
Secondly, Emily made my birthday extremely enjoyable, which is something I really appreciate, as I've had bad birthdays, and I never really get excited about that time of the year anymore. She was just really sweet, lame (in a good way) and cute with everything she did. She woke me up with breakfast in bed.. Coke and Spicey Epice Doritos! That right there made my day, and anything she did afterwards was just icing on the cake, as they say. So after I had my awesome breakfast, she came in the room with some papers and handed them to me, and they were really nice drawings and little notes and stuff, and I loved them. Then after that, she came in the room singing happy birthday with her sister, holding a awesome looking angel food cake, which we all sat around and consumed it. After the demonic consumption of said cake, Emily had to leave for work, so I just diddled around on the computer for the few hours she was gone. When she got home, she told me that we were going out somewhere for a bit, and she wouldn't tell me where or for how long. So we got our stuff together, and headed out to the mysterious location. It was a long walk, but it was worth it. What we walked to, was a very secluded wooded area, on a cliff, overlooking the lake. It was beautiful. Sooo beautiful. And there was no one around anywhere, so it was perfect. Emily then proceeded to break out the wine glasses and cans of Coke, and we enjoyed the view of the lake as we sipped our Coke. We did a couple other things, then headed home.And Thirdly, Ally, my bestest friend person in the whole entire univalaxy, surprised me with the best gift ever. The next day (yesterday), we woke up and went to the walk in clinic for Emily to see the doctor to renew perscriptions and the such, and then afterwords, we went over to JJ's house [The Photographer] to take a few chillaxitives. We ate cheesy bagels!!!! Oooh, and a side story, the night of my birthday, I told Emily that I didn't like having long hair in the back of my head, and that I wanted it to be cut, so I just let her do whatever she wanted, cause.. well, my hair sucks, and I never style it, so even if she fucked up the hair cut, I could still pull it off, cause I'm good at things like that. So I just sat down and let her go to work, and the result was to my liking, and we both liked it so I was happy. Aaanyway, the next day Emily decided that it was missing something and that she needed to cut it a bit more or change some things, so JJ and Emily combined their powers to form a kind of SUPER CUTTER WOMAN OF POWER AND DOOOOOM!!! And I sat in the bathtub and let them do whatever they wanted, and in a few minutes, they were done, and I had a shower, and I loved the results. So thanks to both of you for it!! So after the hair cutting, JJ's friend Jon came over and we all got pizza and watched Along Came Polly, a frighteningly mediocre movie, with few laughs, but not enough to get it up into the "good movie" department. Ben Stiller is hilarious, so he helped the film along, but he wasn't at all helped by his supporting cast, especially his 'jack black wannabe' best friend. After the movie was over, Emily and I headed home and twas the end of our night!
Today I got up and Emily had to go to work right away, so I went on the computer for awhile, until Emilys Mom came in with a breakfast sandwhich and milk, which I ate, and then Emily's parents left and I was home alone. So I cleaned up the room a bit, worked on an old crappy computer they wanted better, and chatted with a few people online. Emily came home from work early because she was sick, and then I ran her a bath, and now I'm updating my website!
So I guess that gets us up to date... Hmm.. yup. Sounds about right. I'll talk to you people later!
