Excessive Stats Update

Excessive Stats are available again, and have been completely redesigned. There is now no load put on the server when generating the stats, so have fun and check them out.

There are a few plans for more features in the future, but who knows when that'll actually happen.

At least one thing I added that's worth mentioning:

Users can now click on the Hour under the graph to view the entries found in that hour.

Users can also click on the Phrase under the phrase graph to view entries which contain that phrase. Note: the number of entries found will not match the results shown in the graph, because the graph counts the number of instances of the word, not how many entries it shows up in.
