Entry 854

Today was an eventful, productive day, full of sun, walking, talking and venturing forth into society.

I don't really need to mention what I did during the first half of the day, as nothing significant took place, as usual. Normal television watching and torrenting took place, the windows were open and the sun was coming in... I'd say it was a pretty good morning.

Around 4:30pm, Ally and Michelle came over, we chilled for about thirty seconds, and then we caught a bus to my Mom and Sister's work, where we caught a ride with Lindy to Argyle mall (or Dollerama more specifically). We browsed Dollarama for a bit, picking up a few things, but mainly just having fun looking at everything, and eventually we made our purchase and exited. We went to the new dollarstore they put in the mall but it was just an obvious copy of Dollarama (the same exact logo, colors and shopping carts... wtf?) and eventually went to Wal-Mart to look at sheets and other things. Even though we didn't really accomplish that much, or do anything special, it felt like a good, productive day, and it was nice hanging out with Ally and Michelle.

We got supper (subs) on the way home, and caught a bus to my place, where we quickly unpacked our loot from earlier, and then settled down, ate our subs and watched Highlander S01E01. I recently downloaded Highlander: The Series Season 1, so I'll be watching those 22 episodes over the next few days, and I've got the rest of the series on the go (6 seasons) and hopefully they all finish fine. I can admit that season 1 isn't the greatest, as they tried too heard to appeal to fans of the movie and didn't let it be it's own thing, but Seasons 3 onward are just amazing story telling, and I can't wait to get to those. I've got to watch the earlier seasons (and especially for Michelle) so that the backstory is understood, so that events that occure later in the series carry the same significance.

After Highlander, Michelle went to bed for the night (well.. she got up a few minutes ago for a bit) and I dinked around on the computer for a bit, and at 9:00pm Scrubs came on so I relaxed and watched it. It was sexcellent of course, and after it was over, another Scrubs was on, and then after that one, I spent a bit more time on the computer, and eventually had a bath with Futurama on in the background. After my bath is was only a matter of time before Jon and Stephen came on, and that basically brings us up to speed.

Anything else?
