Michelle?
  • I lived on Grey St.
  • Michelle was my Roommate

Michelle is at work (I know because I can see her visiting my website) but she's not responding to my multiple emails! Nuts to that I say, nuts to that.

Last Night
  • I lived on Grey St.
  • Michelle was my Roommate

Last night was a really good night and I didn't feel angry for the first time in a few days. Linzie, Michelle, Ally and myself all hung out, watched TV, played games and ate supper together, and it was an enjoyable night. Laughing and talking and music and good shows... it was nice.

30 Rock!
  • I lived on Grey St.
  • Michelle was my Roommate

Everyone should watch 30 Rock because it's an amazing new show that reminds me a lot of Arrested Development, in the way it pretents it's comedy (quick cut-aways, rapid pacing). Watch it, it's funny.

Anxious!
  • I lived on Grey St.
  • Michelle was my Roommate

I haven't slept in a long time, I played around 16 hours of Disgaea in the last 24, and I really don't wanna be awake right now, as I'm feeling super nervous about being awake.

Grey's Anatomy is a great show, but

Grey's Anatomy is a great show, but it seems to take so much from Scrubs.

Another criticism drawn against the show[4] is the parallels of Grey's Anatomy's format with the NBC drama comedy, Scrubs. Both shows use a diary style narration by the main character, with many similarities between the characters on both shows. Given that Scrubs first aired in 2001, some have noted that Grey's Anatomy has "borrowed" these elements and popularised them for the mass audience, even to the point of Scrubs referencing it directly with the main character Dr. John "JD" Dorian talking about Grey's Anatomy and saying "it's like they've been watching our lives and just put it on TV".

I still like it though.. but JD will always be King.

Seating Subject to Availability
  • I lived on Grey St.

I went grocery shopping with my Mom this afternoon, partly because having a ride home with all that junk is so much more convenient than bussing, but mostly because we enjoy each others company, and shopping is a good excuse to hang out.

Since having money for food is a rare thing in my life, I managed to stock up unbelievably, and I won't be running out for quite some time. I just picked the things I enjoy the most, then bought six thousand of them. For example, I bought six cans of tomatoes, two bags of potatoes and three loaves of bread, instead of just.. less.

Apparently chicken is becoming extinct because prices are way up, but this could also be due to the whole Thanksgiving shit that's coming up, causing price of poultry to go up to take advantage of people. Regardless of the cause, I was unable to purchase chicken today, which was horribly disappointing, but instead I got quite a few cheap steaks, as well as a ham and some pork chops. Regardless of the animal, meat always makes you feel like you've eaten a real meal, so I'm happy with that.

I published my first torrent today... recently Steve sent me the Prozzak CD's and since I wasn't able to find them online for the last three years, I considered them rare, and figured there were probably some other nerdy people that wanted to listen to Prozzak really badly, so I created the torrent, and uploaded it to Demonoid, Mininova and Torrentspy, and so far I've already seeded it for three people. Yay! Share the wealth! I may also create some more torrents of some of the more rare bands that I've aquired, like the Forecast and some of my synthpop and electroclash.

Wednesday was Lost and it was awesome... Linzie, Ally, Michelle and I watched the premier at 12am (when Michelle and Ally were off work) and the show introduced some more 'WTF" aspects and I think we're going to really enjoy this season. Last night Ally came over for more TV, and we watched S01E02 of Heroes, which was good... we both love Hiro to death, and despise that girl's reflection.. oh, you know the one.. that one.. yeeeeaah. Afterwards we watched The Office, which is way too good to be real.. and hung out a bit after. Also, on Wednesday we all watched Prison Break too.. even though it's just Ally and myself that watch it each week. Ally and I have fallen in love with Tweener, and thought that the fact that he risked his life to see that girl again was awesome.

TV Caps
  • I lived on Grey St.
  • Michelle was my Roommate

I really hate groups that distribute TV caps that break them into RAR files. WHY!? Why do they do it? Multiple files in a torrent makes no sense! Everyone needs to download them all, so why not just make it the normal file? It just makes an extra step after you've got it, and sometimes it can take a long time to unrar them (if it's a large file, like 700 to 1.3GB). It just bugs me and makes no sense at all.
