Excessive

I worked today, a fairy slow day at work, well... slower. I didn't get much prep done for brunch, but that's pretty normal lately. I worked from 8-5, and got a ride home.

So the magical Guitar Hero competition at Pandemic was last night and as I suspected it was horribly unorganized and not set up in anyway in order to promote actual competitiveness. There was only one guitar, something which made the competition take much longer than it should have. Basically there was a song picked, and all the entrants took their turn playing that one song, and then their score was recorded (along with their style, which was actually worth more than playing the song at all.. give me a break).

Last night I couldn't sleep again, and again I took sleeping pills.. however everything that happened after that wasn't normal or regular or anything.

Why oh why do I keep waking up after having NO SLEEP!11 arg.

I finally completed Paper Mario, which took around two years of on and off playing. It was a great game, extremely simple, and then they made the last boss impossible so you had to spend 10 hours fighting enemies that only give you 1 experience until you get up enough levels to survive.

The Senate Commerce Committee had a vote on an amendment that was related to net neutrality provisions, which tied at 11 to 11. The provision would have made it illegal to handle an ISP's own VOIP packets faster than a competitor's.

Today's App of the day is again an OS X app which I've found extremely useful in that it does things that should be built right into the OS.

Work yesterday went slow and uneventful... I blame it on Michelle for not constantly emailing me all day, which usually keeps me occupied.. but I suppose it's not her fault since her computer is not working right. After work Mark and I made plans to meet up with Anne and continue our drinking + movies adventure we started the week earlier, and I brought Michelle cause she's staying with me for the weekend and well.. I wanted her to come too.
