Excessive

I was woken up last night at around 3:00am, and I couldn't fall back asleep for about three hours, so while I was trying to fall asleep I watched a few shows, mainly The Office and a couple Seinfelds. The Office was funny as usual, and it helped remind me to smile.

Today it is really bright out, and I'm pretty tired, and dizzy, and still feel pretty dead, but not quite as bad. I could still scream and yell a bit more, but there just isn't any point, but I don't think anyone but Ally would understand, and I've already screamed and yelled to her.

I'm going to begin my chores, have lunch, and then watch a movie this afternoon... I think I need to do this in order to feel okay, so I better get started.
