You are what you should feel
I'm pretty tired and totally not driven to write much of anything, and yet here I am at the new entry form... hmmm.
There was another fire in my building today, firemen and all. They got it under control quickly, and although I didn't have to stand outside, while I was investigating/leaving the building before I knew I didn't have to, I inhaled quite a bit of smoke and my lungs have kind of ached all day. The fire was started by some dumbshit who was cooking, and the frying pan caught on fire, and he attempted to put the fire out with sugar, because.. as you all know, sugar puts fires out. Oh.. wait.. no, sugar melts, boils and burns horribly, so.. don't put sugar on fires alright?
Michelle and I went shopping with the assistance of her mother, and we got a lot of groceries that will easily last us two weeks, although I always feel a bit pressured/rushed/watched while we do those, so I just didn't pick up a few things, and I'm going to Value-Mart tomorrow with my Mom to get the few things I didn't get.
I'm a few profiles away from 100%ing Soul Calibur 2, which I used to think it was impossible, but.. not anymore! It's so exciting! I also decided that after a year of not playing, I want to continue Tales of Symphonia from where we left it, and the story isn't exactly complicated, so it's easy to pick up and remember the basics of the plot. It comes with handy notes built into the game too, so it's easy to refresh your memory on some of the details.
So... tonight, there is food in the house, I'm comfortable, and I'm going to watch a movie, most likely Final Destination 2. So, I best get to that!

Substantial, meaningful, and intelligent? You're demanding! ;P
The sugar dude sounds like a moron. Actually, it seems like your apartment building, aside from those whom reside in your apartment, are all morons. I'd keep 500 smoke detectors around if I were you. hehe.
I hate the feeling of being rushed when shopping. It happens a lot but maybe that's a good thing. Spend less money that way.
I'm glad you're feeling comfortable and have lots of food to last you guys. ^_^
I shall have to make a trip over there, as we spoke of earlier. Maybe bring the Barbarian along with me. Jordan, Michelle, and Kitties! OH MY!!! *hugs*
*does a jig and wanders off to bed*
PS.: That was a little lacking as far as a paragraph goes. Because of MSN, LJ, etc, I've gotten into the habit of breaking my paragraphs and such when I post comments. >_< So here's another one! I'm whorin' all over this journal entry, yo. I miss the days when you lived on Trafalgar. Well, I do and I don't. I miss certain parts of those days. Like sharing your toilet to have a puke fest. You being a gentleman and scrubbing it down first, making it all clean, just so we could vomit into clean, water-filled porcelain. That's just classic. ^_~ And the tainted with rum coke chugging contests. ;P
haha, yeah, I miss certain aspects of that time as well.
and I didn't neccessarily mean that someone has to post huge paragraphs, I just want comments to be used to create conversation and discussion related to whatever was written in my entry, so instead of leaving unreleted one-liners about stuff I didn't even write about, I'd prefer a conversation related to one of the ideas present in my writing.
For example, if I write an entry about a game, instead of leaving a one line comment saying, "it's fun!", people could write a bit about what they like about the game, or things they've experienced with the game, or what they've heard about the game, or if they think the game sucks and why... sorta that idea.
I enjoyed your long comment, and in a perfect world, that is exactly how all comments would be :)
