i want to die in your arms
Today was a very lazy day... very.. very lazy day. I woke up early.. realized it was early, turned off the fan, and went back to sleep until around 11am. I got a call from my Mom that she was going to come over soon so we could go and see Bewitched at Silvercity. I got up and burned a CD to listen to in the car, Jack Johnson and a few songs from the Cure's greatest hits. That basically sums up my morning really...
The movie, Bewitched, staring Nicole Kidman and Will Ferrel, was what I expected it to be, so I was disappointed, but I wasn't impressed either. It lacked any real substance, back story, or a sense of what might come. I saw how it was a new spin and interpretation of the old series, in its own way, it was telling the same kind of story, but in a totally different way. Will was hilarious in everything they wrote for him, and Nicole was the cutest little thing ever, with the cutest clothes. I just think it was poorly written, it just didn't really go anywhere. but it was good for a laugh... probably the best aspect of the movie was Steve Carell, who put on a great performance, totally believable, as he does in everything he does.
tony sent me this intitally, now its floating around the net

After the movie was over, my mom and I did a bit of running around, but most importantly went to Futureshop and picked up CSI: Season 3, the complete set! DUN DUN DUN! wooh! Now I have something to watch everynight without having to worry about taping it or anything, and its great quality (obviously) as well as great audio quality and stuff... after I finish it, I'm gonna get Season 1 because im interested in seeing the pilot of the series, as well a see how it all started. Anyway... it was a very exciting purchase for me. I've already watched three of the episodes (out of the 23 in the season). Should last me about a month or so.
Michelle is over and sleeping now on the bed, and I'm watching Conan, and writing this. It's very hot and sticky in here, and it's hard to get comfortable... but I shall try... see you at work tomorrow.
