I haven't felt especially good the last couple days, and as usual, I can't really pinpoint what is causing it or really anything I can do to fix myself, but I just need to rely on Bekki to guide me along and not let myself get too low or hopeless.

Work was really easy today, and I worked alone for seven hours, until finally someone arrived at 1pm. I left at 2pm, and Bekki and I went to Loblaws, to split up our grocery shopping over two days as to reduce the level of stress that comes with shopping for an extended period of time before dinner on Sundays, so hopefully this way we can shop tomorrow and get home in a decent amount of time and have dinner ready for the normal 5:30pm.

Some of the things I did after work today include Brothers in Arms: Hells Highway (not even an entire level), played the guitar, planned all the meals and lunches and breakfasts for next week and wrote a shopping list, read a bunch of Kurt Cobain's biography, and now I'm watching Doctor Who.

I've felt out of routine lately, and my brain is just not having a good time recently. I always feel crazy. I always feel super crazy.
