Excessive

It's difficult to wake up and feel energetic when it comes time to do the few things that I set out to do each day when it's so god damn dark out. When I was cleaning up the consoles I had to turn the lights on because it was so dark that I couldn't quite see what I was doing... and it was only noon! NOON!

I did everything I have to do today already (dishes, kitty litter, vacuuming, taking out the garbage, cleaning the living room) and I think I'm going to bus to Value Mart to grab a few things that are missing from the fridge (coffee and veggies mainly) even though my Mom can't meet me and keep me company, my desire for a coffee tonight is strong enough to get me to go by myself. I think I'm going to aim to leave by 2pm, so that gives me an hour to figure out exactly what I'll put on the list, and look when the bus comes.

Yesterday was golf day, and it was a raging success! We ended up playing three tournaments, and with some surprising results! We played The Ally Open first, and the results were myself in first place, Ally in second, then Darcy in third, and finally Michelle in last place (you can click the link for actual result numbers). After a short break we played the second tournament, The Annual Darcy Charity Golf Tour which was the huge surprise of the night. In first place, Darcy scored a -2 as Peach, I came in second, then Ally in third and Michelle in fourth place. No one really expected Darcy to win, but he tried playing as Peach for the first time and all of a sudden was a golf expert! Since Ally didn't destroy us all in the tournaments, she was upset and wanted to play again, so we played a third tournament after a short break entitled The Ally Was Upset and Wanted To Play Again Cup. This was intended to be Ally's come back cup, where she kicks all our asses and makes fun of us.. the results were: Jordan in first with -8, Ally in second and Michelle and Darcy tied for third/fourth. It was a lot of fun, and it was pretty cool competing for overall ranking positions :)

Michelle and I watched The Ring last night and it was pretty creepy (although a lot less stuff happened than I remembered). Tonight we're going to be watching Louis C.K.'s new stand-up special Shameless, which I'm looking forward too a bunch.

I guess I should start thinking about going to the store... hmmmm.
