Let's give it a try
I've worked two 13 hour shifts in a row, Saturday and Sunday, and I'm dying. Not literally dying, but dying none-the-less. My arms feel so heavy, my chest hurts, my legs feel like I just ran a marathon, and my concentration is gone. I'm getting frustrated at stupid things, and I can tell I'm over-tired.
This guy Aaron at work has a laptop that can't get on a network... since the day he bought it he's not been able to get it to connect to his home wireless network, and Bell even sold him a mobile usb dongle and that still didn't work, so I told him I'd look at it if he brought it to work, so I did, and I could tell it wasn't just a stupid small problem, so I told him that the only real way I'd fix it is if I could really spend some time with it to troubleshoot and I'd need to have it on my own network where I know what is what and know for a fact that it works. So he told me to just take it home for the week and work on it, which is what I did.
After some investigating, I uninstalled Norton Internet Security and some generic network drivers that were listed as installed, and rebooted, and when it came back up it worked, so I fixed that problem. Now I'm installing all the Windows Updates for him, and installing Office 2007 for him, but he didn't give me the power cord, so I've only got until the battery dies, but I think I can make the computer a bit better organized, run a bit smoother...
Tomorrow is thanksgiving dinner, my Mom and Sister are coming over for a turkey dinner that I'll prepare. I think I'll feel rested tomorrow. I can't go to bed until Aaron's laptop finishes these updates, which is why I'm writing right now and not sleeping.
I fell asleep on the couch watching SNL.. and I really didn't mean too, in fact I wanted to go and play some StarCraft but I could just not bring myself to get up, I tried and tried but I actually fell asleep while trying to muster the energy to get up. I woke up because SNL had started over again and Michelle was watching it, so I had a quick bath to kind of wake up and to feel comfortable and clean, and then played a few games of SC2, got pissed off both games I played by retards, then worked on Aarons laptop, since I didn't want to put it off and I figured whatever the problem was, it was easy... and it kind of was.
So my plan is to wake up a decent time tomorrow, do whatever cleaning I need to do to feel okay/proud of my place, and then plan dinner in my head. I wanted to make stuffing from scratch but didn't have a chance to buy any of the stuff because of the hours I was working. Ah well...
Clean the kitty litter, clean the bathroom sink gunk, these are the first things that come to mind.
Dinner tomorrow will be as follows:
My goal for every holiday is to try and live up to my Grandpa, to make a meal he'd make, or eat, or be proud of. I miss him and what he did for us, so trying to recreate that is important to me. I hope I can live up a little bit of the way.Turkey

Suppose I can stop typing now... I should finish up with the laptop and head to bed.
