Excessive

Having a smartphone or more specifically an iPhone has kind of screwed up my after work routine. I used to come home, and take a half hour to check facebook, twitter, all that fun stuff, and now I pretty much stay up to date on all of that stuff through the day, or at least check it on the way home on the bus, so when I get home I don't have anything to check, so... kinda messes me up.

Yup, that's it... just wanted to spit that out... it was in my brain.
