In The Car Crash

I feel like shit, like truly and completely like a bag of garbage. I have a headache, I'm tired, I didn't complete my homework, I didn't get stuff ready for tomorrow, and I just feel like total crap. Just looking at this screen is hurting my eyes, and making my head pound.

I woke up earlier than I probably had to, but I didn't want to walk in to a full classroom and not get a seat, so my idea was to get there one bus earlier than I normally would, just to have time to find the room, and wait outside to get a good seat. I woke up and ate breakfast, which was a bagel and cream cheese, with a coffee and an apple sauce after, all while listening to Suburban Teenage Wasteland Blues by Strung Out and just read websites. I packed up my stuff and left for the bus at 7:35am or so. Once downtown, I transfered to the Oxford where Mathew was already on the bus, so I sat beside him, took my headphones off and we talked the rest of the way. It was kind of nice running in to him, even though I usually prefer just listening to music, as it calms me down, and when I see people I know, I usually say hi quickly and put them back on, but this morning I figured it was nice to have company.

We sat on a bench outside of our building, mainly because there was a class already in progress where we had to go, so we figured we'd wait it out, even though it was pretty cold, Mathew just had a short sleeve shirt on so he got pretty cold, and obviously I had like seven layers and a hoody on, so I was fine either way. Database was my first class and it was, much as expected, very simple, boring and uneventful. Basically the prof introduced himself, talked about the course outline, and then told us to install some software, read the first chapter, and answer a bunch of questions, and that was class, since it was just an hour long. We made out way to our home, which is basically F3002, and I grabbed a snack on the way, some dill pickel chips and a Coke, as I was already pretty hungry by 10am when we moved classes. The second class was with Garth, and he hasn't changed. It was Object Oriented Analysis and Modeling, and he just talked and talked for the whole class basically, and we just have a few small things to do for homework, none of which I've done. After class, I met up with Calen, and he drove me home, which was awesome, because it meant I could drop off my stuff at home, and eat something before going to work.

Once home, I unpacked and took a deep breathe so I didn't explode in a bloody mist. I made a caesar salad for lunch, with extra bacon, and chomped it down really fast, and talked to my Sister, because she was coming home for lunch, so she picked me up and drove me to work, which was awesome, so I had even more time between school and work (which I normally wouldn't).

Work was kind of stupid... it was a reception for 150 people, which consisted of 5 fruit trays, 4 crudites, 11 cheese trays, 4 baked bries, and 150 hors, which were easy, and I got it all out on time, stuck around until it had all gone, cleaned up and left as soon as I could, I was getting a headache and couldn't be there anymore, I couldn't concentrate, and I have school tomorrow, so I left at 7pm, and caught the bus home.

Once home I ate a lasagna, eventually had a bath, and then decided to put on the Green Hornet early, take headache pills and a sleeping pill, and now I'm tired and I've written, so I will go to sleep soon, as I'm pretty uncomfortable, although a bit more comfortable then when I first started writing, so that's good. Tomorrow should be better... gotta keep that in mind as I sit around grumpy and in pain!
