It's Better In A Fuzz

Skyward Sword is a lot of fun, much more than that I thought it would be, specifically the motion controls. As I'm getting used to the motions required, it's becoming less frustrating, as I can make Link perform the moves I want without thinking about it as much. While I didn't get to play as much as I wanted to since I had to go in to work today, I did play for about an hour after my bath, and I had fun, and wish I could play more, but maybe it's better to play in small doses, to avoid burn out. I love the visual style, like... paint, and as things go into the background, into the distance... they become blogs of paint almost, it's really cool.

I woke up at 8:30am this morning and had breakfast, and was picked up by Connor at 9:20am or so. I worked from 10am to 8:15pm, caught the bus and played Chrono Trigger on my iPhone along the way, getting home around 9:15, so only an hour to get home (which is about the shortest it could possibly be using the bus).

Once home from work, I had a snack and played some Ocarina of Time, completing the Forest Temple and then running a bath around 10:30pm or so. After my bath I sat down and played Skyward Sword for about an hour, from 11pm to 12am, and it was a lot of fun. Afterward I turned on some TV (Jimmy) and made some popcorn, and started to write.

I work tomorrow from 12pm to 8pm and open on Sunday, so pretty typical weekend. Sunday evening is a Danny Michel show at the London Music Club that my Mom and I are going to, so I have that to look forward to. I've also got to figure out what I want to buy for people for Christmas and then when and how I'm going to buy the stuff, so... better get to that soon before it's too late.

Hopefully I can get some good sleep tonight, and hopefully tomorrow isn't too frustrating or annoying... I figure it'll be okay.
