Excessive

I have sharpe pains stabbing through my left eye; up the back of my skull, around my left temple, and straight back behind my eye. It feels like there is a lot of pressure behind it and I just long for relief. I press on my temples, I push on my eye and I get instants of relief and then it's back. I'm sure sleep will be the only cure now.

I think it's caused by the dryness in the house due to it being the winter, and the heat being on all the time. My sinuses are dry because of that, and then on top of that, I've been taking a medicated nasal spray, and that's been causing my nose to bleed, so I think it's a combination of some things but I believe these headaches (this specific type of headache) is being caused by my sinuses being irritated. I'd say five out of seven days I wake up with a headache, and most often it's one of these non-migraine type headaches with sharp stabbing pains, probably from my sinuses.

Today was a terrible day, just a terrible, terrible day. I spent almost the entire day feeling like garbage about myself, feeling like I suck at my job, or at least that people I work with think I'm terrible. It was friday, so I went grocery shopping, and of course that can be stressful more often than not.

Bekki and I enjoy a treat on the weekends of these super good Cheddar and Herb bagels. We love them, we love waking up and eating one, and it's awesome. Every time I go to Loblaws, they're sold out. I go and ask the bakery ladies, and they tell me they have none. One of five times I get some, but the rest of the time I just get pissed off. They were also out of chicken, they also didn't have the exact pizza I wanted, and the line to checkout took a half an hour. Today just sucked so bad!

For dinner I had a mozerella thin crust pizza and a mushroom, argula and goat cheese salad (with dat balsamic drizzle). I also enjoyed a large glass of wine (or two). After wards Bekki and I rewatched the best youtube video, laughed a bunch, then watched videos about a husky growing up.

We're watching Doctor Who now, and I'll probably go to bed soon. I finished Star Trek TNG the other night and now I'm not entirely sure what to watch when I'm just relaxing, so I'm going to have to figure that out soon.
