...And The Darkness Fades Away

Today was pretty strange. I only got around 3 hours of sleep because my damn sister came home and woke me up I'm not sure what she was doing but later in the day my Mom said she had been in a bitchy mood and was slamming shit so figured it would wake me up.

Anyway the night before the power had just flicked off and back on like it does sometimes but this time the catch was that my internet didn't come back on with the power. At least not my computer's net. My Mom was still online upstairs but my computer was fucked. I figured it would fix itself in time so I ended up just watching TV and playing Max Payne all last night.

When I woke up at 9:30am this morning I went over to the computer expecting the networking problem to be fixed but it wasn't. So I played a bit more Max Payne until Linzie came over at around 11am. We just layed around for awhile... I think she watched me play some Max Payne for a bit and then we decided we should go downtown cause Linzie wanted to buy me the Fozzy CD (which was overpriced... holy shit).

I got my Mom to drive us downtown and we listened to Bush along the way... I'm not quite sure why I'm mentioning that but I am so you better enjoy it cock. When we got down there we went right to Sunrise to see if those bastards had Fozzy they didn't. So we went to Music World and they DID have it but it was $26 (twice the cost of a studded bracelet)... they also had the first CD which was $25. So we decided against getting the CD's just because they were so overpriced.. I'll get them when I run into a lot of money... probably the next time I build a computer god knows when that'll be.

After we left Music World we went to the Rock Shop to pick up Linzie's new Misfits shirt... it's cute! I also (well Linzie bought it) picked up a two row studded bracelet but it's not real leather and the studs are big compared to Linzie's so I have to get used to it.. but I don't think I'll ever like it as much as hers. We hopped on a bus right after and made our way home.

Once home I felt uneasy sick bored because of my lack of internet... so I wanted to be creative. I dunno why but when I'm trapped off from the internet I start to get creative.. which usually leads to me decorating a side of my wall but this time it lead to Linzie and I designing a bracelet. It actually turned out quite good except for the fact that it's nearly impossible to do it up by myself. It's frustrating dammit.

I was still creative after that and wanted to do more things... so I was gonna make an electric tape wallet with red borders and my Rise Against sticker on the front but needed tape so Linzie and I went over to Wal-Mart and stocked up on that shit before starting.

The wallet turned out okay. It didn't turn out exactly the way I saw it in my head but I had no real idea what to expect because I don't think anyone's ever tried using electrice tape for a wallet before. I'll try to use it but it seems flimsy and rubbery so it might not be a very good wallet.

Um.. I'm just gonna end it there. Bye!
