Added the ability for administrator level accounts to delete posts or entire threads with the click of a link which appears at the bottom of each post. Authors can now edit their own posts as many times as they like. You can only edit a post if you were the poster. Fixed an issue with the way the script handled auto-creating titles when replying. Modified and fixed a few visual aspects. When viewing a post, all responses will show underneath it as a thread-tree. Also, when viewing a reply to a post, a link to the parent thread is displayed above the post. When submitting a new post, users can now check a box that will inform them by e-mail when someone replies directly to that post. Started work on a UBB style for the board.. it's about 95% done, but I'm not going to release it yet... it will be coming soon.
Most of those changes came in the first day... and the ubb style was created for one person, so I'm in no hurry to release it. It's basically done, it just has trouble staying in ubb style while submitting posts or editing.

Your message board is the most popular kid on the internet!!!!
woot to stuff..whats ubb?
It's actually the name of a script, but it's used to describe a different style of message board. UBB = Ultimate Bulletin Board, which is the same as phBB..
It's those boards that have all replies stacked under the original post, and you can't really tell who is talking to who and stuff, and threads with recent replies get moved to the top, so you can't really get a feel for how old threads are.

oh ya. those are ass haha kinda like imdb? i didnt click on preveiw but ya....im sexy
if only a nice mix betweent he two could be made. they both hae good parts and bad
The mixing of the two is basically my entry/comment structure. I dunno.. you can't really mix them, the way they present info is different. One is based on which you reply to, the other is based on when you reply.
It really just depends on how many users you have on your board. Threaded is much better for a low number of posters, since it's easier to keep track of. but UBB style is better for lots, since the threads would get too big, and threads would be off the front page before some people got a chance to see them.
