Excessive

I haven't been this upset inside for a very long time. Although I've been doing alright at getting myself to feel okay, usually at that point something else happens that makes me sink right back down.

I've just got this huge crappy feeling in my stomach, and I feel very heavy in spirit.

Maybe it'll all just go away soon. That's what I'm hoping for.
