Get Over The Wall

I woke up with somewhat of a dry throat, a discomfort in my back and not a feeling of being rested. I had so much trouble falling asleep last night that I ended up listening through three episodes of the GFW Radio podcast, and playing Pokemon two different times. It really sucked, and I'm pretty tired now because of that, but god knows I won't be able to sleep come tonight.

Only an hour or two after I had woken up, Ally came over and while I was waiting for her to come over, I watched most of the Saturday Night Live in the 90's documentary, which featured interviews and behind the scenes information about everything on SNL during the 90's including the cast members, the reasons people were fired, or hired and people's opinions on the shows. It was very enjoyable to watch, and I plan on keeping it forever as it's something I'd want to re-watch once and awhile.

Once Ally got here, we watched last night's Studio 60 (yes, it's back. They're airing the rest of the season even though it was canceled). It was a below par episode, one where Matt, Danny and Jordan were all mysteriously absent from, and it was much more of a filler episode than a real one, which while it might come off as intentionally crappy because of it's cancellation, all of the episodes were taped before any of that news had come out, so it was just coincidence that the show they came back with was a shitty one. Hopefully the rest of the series is as good as it's been up to this point, because it was one of my favorite shows and I want to get as much enjoyment out of it as possible.

After Studio 60, Ally and I watched five episodes of Lost back to back, without a break, much like last summer, except it was day time, so that was a little different. She's all caught up now and has seen the season finale, so you can safely message her with your thoughts about the finale without wrecking it. It was fun to watch them all for the like.. sixth time, and it's always enjoyable to see the reaction of those you're watching it with, especially Ally who usually figures out the episode five minutes in.

My Mom offered to take me to Value Village tomorrow, and then stop in to visit her friend at some concert at a bar and she'd buy me a beer, so I'm probably doing that tomorrow. She said she'd get me a couple things at Value Village, but I don't really know of anything I'd want. Oh well... I'll keep my eyes open for anything that looks good.

Tonight Michelle and I will probably play some Diablo 2, and watch the Daily Show and Colbert Report, and right now I'm going to make myself a taco for supper/snack and watch The 1Up Show.
