But A Shadow of A Thought

Sunday's aren't as enjoyable as they once were... second week in a row where I haven't opened, first week where I've had to go in after shit had started to try to organize crap and get things going.

I'm not going to talk about it that much, mainly because it's done and over with now, and I'm at home and trying my best to relax, so it's best not to dwell on it. Basically, Greg opened, Allen and I went in at 9am to do a festive lunch buffet but ended up putting out a lot of brunch, and also helping a lot with replenishing, we kicked the shit out of our buffet and did a bunch of prep and then cleaned up and left by 5pm, Allen giving me a ride to and from work, which was appreciated.

I was pretty tired today, I was yawning a lot and I probably could've fallen asleep on the drive home... I started to get a bit of a weak headache as the day was coming to a close, and it kind of got worse and worse as time went on. I was pretty damn hungry as well, so when I got home I made spaghetti right away, and took a couple T3s to avoid the oncoming migraine feelings. I watched Jimmy Fallon with dinner, and then played a couple hours of Skyrim afterward. It's still a lot of fun to play, and there is still so much to do, sometimes it's difficult to just pick one or two things to do, but other times I can just focus on one story line, and both ways are fun. As time was going on, my head was still bothering me a bit and it was difficult to 'lose myself' in the game, I decided to stop playing Skyrim, and watch the last third of the Lord of The Rings... Return of The King. I've been playing Ocarina of Time 3D on and off as I watch, but since I have a bit of a headache (even through the medication), the 3D kind of hurts after awhile, so I only play for short periods and then pay more attention to the movie.

My plan for tomorrow... a true day off... is to clean up around the house, and finally do a good load of laundry, which has been quite awhile. Not as long as the time before when I literally had no clothes left to wear, but it's still been long enough so that I'm running out of shirts that I enjoy wearing and such. I'll play a couple games... enjoy my time. Maybe even feel content... feel good. I don't work, I don't have school... yeah I have to clean and do laundry and stuff but it's still time to myself, something that I feel like I haven't had in forever.

Skyrim, 3DS, random games... these are things I will enjoy.
