Excessive

I had a pretty rough few days - the end of last week into this start of this week. It was so bad I had to take some days off work to just try to decompress and figure out what I was going through. I pretty much just played Final Fantasy 14 for both my Thursday and Friday as a means to escape and it did help a bit. 

I got my wine kit on Friday and also started making my first batch of wine ever. It's a Sauvingon Blanc. I have no idea if it will turn out, but I had people tell me I'll never be able to make it good, so I'm pretty determined. I am most nervous about sanitation, so I need to do a bit more reading on that front before I move from primary fermentation to secondary fermentation where the lack of bacteria and oxygen are vital.

Jensen's school year is almost over, we got his report card and a binder of all his work and pictures from this year. It was great to see, and he's a very good kid, very smart. I'm very proud of him.

On Friday, I also installed LED light strips in our wine cellar to make it easier to read the labels of the wine with my poor, old man eyes.

I need to snap out of my mindset, whatever is going on in my head. It's not healthy.
