I actually created this function about a week ago, and applied the update a few days after, but due to circumstances, I wasn't able to post an update about it. Anyway, it's one small, but useful upgrade:

URLs present in posts will automatically be turned into working hyperlinks.

Now that the feature is applied, you shouldn't use a href's anymore, and actually, if you do, it just gets erased anyway, so if you're going to post a link, just type out the link with http:// (note: there can't be any spaces in the link.. if there is a space, replace the space with %20 instead)
