Excessive

I'm sure Bekki thought I was just fooling around but I was actually quite sad that she was leaving to go to a movie with a friend. Not for any reason of jealousy or even that she was going to do something, it was just the idea of not seeing her all day while she was at work, and then seeing her for fifteen minutes before she left once again. Being alone for the entire day had a strange feeling, it made me feel like how I felt a couple years ago.

I spent the day doing a lot of chores, as this chore project I have been working on is a great motivator, and I'm sure will only increase in effectiveness as I develop more features. I plan on adding a scoring element to it, so as you do chores, you gain points, and Bekki and I will compete with each other, and attempt to win some kind of actual prize at the end of each month (to be decided). So I spent a lot of my time today working through the list of available chores, just to get them done, so that the website starts functioning as intended (ie. It will assign chores to be done based on how long it has been since it was done last.)

On top of the chores, I also played the banjo a lot, watched The Fresh Prince, made pulled pork, coleslaw, tomatoes and played some games. I played Borderlands 2 and only a little bit of Brothers in Arms: Hells Highway. I also played a little bit of Rocksmith, just a few songs and a couple techniques.

I had spaghetti for dinner, with a glass of wine, and a crunchie bar for dessert with my bailey's coffee. I also spent some time today reading the Kurt Cobain biography, which was interesting but feels... dirty.

I work tomorrow at 6am, and I'm watching Doctor Who. I'll be going to sleep soon I think.
