The Fear In Your Eyes
Where should I start? Tuesday was the Dropkick Murphey's show, which was painful but very enjoyable. I got punched in the face twice, my earing almost ripped out, my ankle cut and bruised and various other severe, life threatening injuries, but it was all good. The Casualties kicked ass as well... they were VERY entertaining, and I don't even know who the opening act were, and it doesn't really matter because they didn't stick out at all in any way. It's fun going to shows now because I don't have to get X's on my hands anymore! Yay for being 19... and a half. This many! *raises fingers*
The day after that was Wednesday (holy crap, I'm learning!) which was... interesting. I slept from Tuesday night until 3pm Wednesday, without waking up once. Straight through school and the such... waking up just in time to get ready for work, which was hella busy, and I didn't even leave until 12:30am on Thursday. So that was Wednesday... work. Nothing but work and sleep. Talk about a horrible, horrible day. Liz didn't show up for her Tuesday shift or her Wednesday shift and Erika had to come in for her, which pissed Rob off and I don't blame him. It just made it kinda busy for awhile... *mumbles*
Yesterday I had two things at school that I had to do. I had to hand in a self-assesment and improvment essay, which is 3-5 pages typed, including a reference page, a title page and an appendix of self-assesment tools used in the process... oh my fucking god, talk about bullshit. I just made so much crap up that I don't believe in for a second. It was horrible! But I still did it and I think I did an okay job on it, so I'll let you people know when I get it back. That class is my worst mark, so hopefully I get something good on it... all my other classes I have 90's, which I like! Also on Friday, I had a test in programming on arrays and methods. A joke to say the least... I knew this stuff back when I was learning Visual Basic in grade 10. So, I probably got a high 90 mark, which I will also let you know when I get back (but my professor has a really hard time marking quickly... so, check back in about two to three years for the results). So anyway, I spent most of the school day in the triangle computer lab playing Final Fantasy XI, because of the test and the essay... stupid waste of time. I couldn't even go home because I had to go to work. So Ben and I waited around the school until 4, when Ben got picked up by Phil and they gave me a ride to work, which was appreciated because it's HORRIBLY COLD out, as I'm sure you all know... stupid snow.
So last night I was pretty pissed off and in a horrible mood because well, I dunno if I've mentioned it in the past, but I get really bad headaches. Crippling, horrible headaches, like migranes. I get the shakes, really weak, can't open my eyes, or talk, and I also feel like I'm going to throw up. Anyway, I get one almost every night I work, so last night I was feeling like shit, and I kept calling Linzie, to make sure she was going to my house, and of course, like she always does, she just lies to me, telling me she's going over in a bit. She says that at 7, 8, 9, 9:30, 10... "I'm going over when I'm finished
I woke up at 6:50 or something early this morning... I didn't want to get up but I was getting bed aches and didn't feel like laying anymore. So I just busted out the FFXI and played for a bit... ate breakfast (spagetthi)... My warrior Quintile is on level 11 now, with some spiffy new armor and the such, but I still get my ass handed to me by some aggressive bats. Bah!
It's amusing just how unhappy I am with the way I'm living my life. It hurts me so much but I just can't seem to do anything to change it. *smother's self in cat*
I've had Tenacious D stuck in my head for the last little while, and other than that, I have nothing else to say. Good day.
