Weekend Is Over
Friday afterschool Linzie worked and I sat around. Eventually I went to Owens to chillax with him Ian and Ally for a bit... we watched Deuce Biggalo and laughed and stuff. At least I think it was friday... I honestly am having some trouble remembering. Anyway at around 10:30pm all four of us walked back to my place (because I'm scared of the dark of course) and Ally picked up my two Zim cd's and I showed everyone my pizza box tower and then they were off. I then turned on the TV and fell asleep at 11:30 with the TV on.
Saturday I downloaded the Demo/Beta for Unreal Tournament 2003 and amazing new game from Digital Extremes and Epic Games. It's pretty much a remake of the original Unreal Tournament but the new graphics are FUCKING AMAZING! Not to mention the awesome sound and character detail. The in game physics are awesome you can reflect things blow off arms legs and heads you can break bones off of walls after you die and hear huge crunching sounds.. it's just mind blowing the leaps and bounds this game makes in the deathmatch fps genre. I also played a lot of WarCraft III on saturday. I actually won quite a bit (except for Arranged Teams with Ben we don't win that much anymore.. we blow). It's still fun but losing can be discouraging and boring. Usually taking a short break helps get my spirits up and wanting to play again.
Today I played a combination of UT2003 and WarCraft III and pretty much had the same day as Saturday... I still haven't seen Linzie for more than an hour all weekend.. it sucks but I know that I'll be able to start seeing her tons now that she's done working. Actually she came over for an hour and a half on Saturday (night time) and we layed together and watched the huge thunderstorm.. it was one of those perfect moments that I just felt amazingly close to her and it seemed very romantic... definitaly a nice memory. She left for a concert shortly after and I went back to gaming.
I actually did a bit of school work that I didn't have to do this weekend. I dunno what's gotten into me but I'm really trying at school this year. Hopefully it'll pay off.
Well I know there is a lot more I could talk about but I'm rarely in the 'do work' mood... so I'll be off now and see you soon.
