Excessive

I would normally write right now, and I should but I'm too tired to write something I'd be proud of. Instead, I will summarize the day with a paragraph and then write a real entry tomorrow when I can have some time to really do it justice.

Never drink alchohol if you're on lithium; ever. Owen slept over last night and I just poured myself a glass of coke and whiskey, and I could only drink a quarter of the glass or so. I felt really sick, I got trembling in my hands, and by the morning, my whole body. I felt faint, and strange and... don't drink alchohol if you're on lithium carbonate. kthxbye.
