Sunday Nights Are Boring

Okay, I think I'm tired. I'm pretty sure that I'm really tired. Obviously not tired enough to just lay down and fall asleep, but tired enough that it's becoming hard to concentrate when doing things, and more specifically, making it difficult to even watch tv and feel okay.

Work was, believe it or not, a lot of work today. I had continental breakfast for around eighty people, which kept me busy, and during that time, I had to also get all of brunch ready, which is no easy task. I feel like I'm well organized and that helps... Mark came in 20/30 minutes early but i didn't know anyone asked him to, so the only thing left for him to do was make hollendaise, which he did, and I got Aaron to make the croquembouche, and I did everything else!

Shortly after brunch started, due to a retard in the wedding party, I bunch of people missed the continental and I had to do a plated breakfast for them... Also, brunch was steady, pretty non-stop, and it didn't give much time to do anything beyond replenish, but we had a plated dinner for 22 at night and a wedding buffet for 100 as well, so there was a lot we (or I) had to do. I ended up staying for ten hours, until 5pm, getting crap ready, and I managed to stay in a pretty good mood. Tom started work at 12pm and we usually have fun, find things to laugh at or whatever, and we did, and Kyle got there at 3pm, and that added more joking, so even though I was pretty tired, I was okay being there.

Once I got home I had another lasagna for dinner, and I watched Friday's Jimmy Fallon. I slowly ate dinner, enjoyed it, relaxed you know... didn't rush or feel stressed. Afterward, I played a bit of Final Fantasy 4, and Burnout Paradise and went on the computer... At 9pm, I sat down with some popcorn and watched the new episode of Game of Thrones, which was excellent of course.

Afterward, I played a bit of Plants vs. Zombies on my iPhone, some Unreal Tournament 3 and 2004, and then sat down and played a couple levels of Phantom Brave. This lead to me feeling pretty tired, and it was passed midnight, so I decided to get into my pijamas, write this, and wind down for the night.

I'm off work until Thursday, which is kind of a treat, so I'm going to try to make the best of this long weekend. Lots of games hopefully, lots of feeling okay I hope. Only time will tell I suppose.
