A Sarcastic Answer

Today was actually pretty relaxing if I do say so. I worked from 8am to 4pm, and there was nothing going on during the day, only a wedding at night, with hors, reception food, and then a wedding buffet for 100 people. I spent the entire day just getting all of that ready, at my own pace, it was a relaxed atmosphere and felt good. I took a cab home, mostly because I have to work tomorrow and wanted as much time to relax as I could get, and taking the bus home takes over an hour usually, sometimes more, so I forked over the money and just took a cab home.

I don't exactly remember what I did when I got home I don't think... let's see what happens...

I'm pretty sure I made my dinner shortly after I got home. I had a microwaveable PC Lasagna, and made a small side caesar salad with the rest of the romaine I had in the fridge. It was a pretty nice dinner, nice and refreshing I guess, kind of a weird description but yeah, that's what it was, it was tasty and refreshing to sit down and eat. While eating, I watched the season finale of Parks and Recreation, which was very funny and fun to watch.

After dinner, I sat down on the computer and talked to Ally, who informed me that she and Kurt were going to use my games website (excessive gaming. They started adding all their games, and even pointed out a bug for me (which was the result of a feature I added the night before without documenting... I just disabled the new feature and it fixed the problem). It was fun to see others use the website, as I need a few more people using it to really test it out and see what happens when the public uses the site. A few days ago Kyle added his games, and Ally got her brother to use it (briefly anyway), so I do have a few people using it now. I am kind of trying to think of stuff to add because I don't really have a programming related project to work on right now and I always like to have something going.

After I watched/talked to Ally adding her games, I decided to go play a little bit of Phantom Brave, completing an episode. It's a unique game that's somewhat difficult to get into, mainly because it's hard to adjust my thinking while playing because I'm so used to Disgaea... Phantom Brave is much different. I am getting a bit more into it now though, and I'm planning on playing it daily, and will see it through to the end.

I also played some more Plants vs. Zombies, which I'm slowly making my way through each day. I've made it farther than I've ever been before, and just started on levels that take place on your roof.

Overall today was pretty relaxing, and any negatives were pretty much outweighed by the general contentness of the day.

Tomorrow is Sunday brunch, as usual... I'll be going into work for 7am, but here I am still up at 12:30am, because I'm watching the season finale of Saturday Night Live because it's hosted by Justin Timberlake, and he's one of the funniest people to ever be on SNL. It's been great so far, but I am starting to get tired, and I know I'll be tired tomorrow, but what are you going to do, ya know?

I don't think a lot got done for tomorrow's brunch, and breakfast is going to be really busy, so I'm predicting that tomorrow is going to be a big rush around, but we'll see. I don't think I really have any help either, so that will only add to it. After brunch is out, there is another night time wedding buffet we need to get ready, so the day will be split between brunch and getting that wedding ready. Should be a busy day, but I'm off on Monday so I can at least look forward to that if I get stressed out tomorrow.

I suppose I should close this and go to sleep as soon as I finish SNL.
