Excessive

It's Birthday-eve. 

I listened to an episode of my wine podcast and they were talking about the wines that got them into wine and wine culture. I thought that would be an interesting exercise to try to think of answers to those same questions. I don't think I can write about it tonight, but maybe tomorrow or in the next few days I can see what I can think of to answer that.

Tomorrow is my Birthday, and it's also my last day at Windermere. I have mixed emotions, and I feel very confused lately about how I'm feeling. The overall emotion is by far fear, just straight up terror about starting a new job, possibly failing, leaving all of my security behind and putting myself out there. There are times when I can taste the adrenaline in my mouth from my fear, and this is just constant, at all times.

Today wasn't so bad, for various reasons... it was a pretty good day, I didn't get a headache, I wasn't too tired, work wasn't too stressful, and I played a bunch of games after work, leading to a nice bath and now I'm watching Jimmy Fallon.

I'm sick and starving, uncomfortable and in pain, and I can't think well enough to actually write anything worthwhile.

Yay! I beat Pokemon Pearl a few minutes ago! It took me 107 hours and about 2.5 months in real time. After you complete the game, a whole new section and set of objectives open up, so that's what I'll be doing.

Just so everyone knows where I am... because I know you all worry... Mark, Jeff and I are all heading to the dissent for lots of beers. It's great! Mark and Jeff are each buying me two beers and I have enough change to buy one beer all my self. So thats five beers, and it's kind of in honor of my birthday, for Jeff anyway, since he won't be at my gathering tomorrow. mark will be though! yay to mark!
