Excessive

Today was my birthday and I'm now 38 years old. I'm sure I could sit and write about the history of my life and where I've been and where I'm at now, but the time doesn't feel right for that right now. Instead, I'll simply write about my day.

Happy Birthday, 30... it's a transition. New job, new decade, new hair, new life.

Happy birthday to me, Jordan, I'm 29 now, one more year to 30, and that's... strange. Been very self-reflective lately, thinking a lot about what I'm doing, why I don't feel relaxed at home, what my goals are. Don't get me wrong, I'm the happiest I've ever been in my entire life, but on my days off, or after work, when I come and sit at home, I kind of feel a bit lost as to what to do, or what I'm doing. It's a weird feeling.

By the time I hit the submit button, it will be my birthday, so I may as well make this my annual happy birthday post.

It's my birthday today...

I know that if I don't write anything, I'll regret it in the future when I look back on these days.

So I'm actually writing this at 5:37am on June 11th, but I'm going to manually change the time back so it appears under my happy birthday entry, so that when people come to my site it's the first thing they see ;)
