Excessive

The good, the bad and the ugly today. What I mean by that is that there were good things, bad things and just ugly things today, a wide range of feelings and experiences, it's a bit hard to process each one individually as they all conflict with each other.

I'm not quite sure how I feel about my reliance on sleeping pills... I mean it's easy enough to just not think about it and continue on as normal. I feel as though the fact that they aren't perscription pills makes it better... but, there is a downside to this reliance, and I just haven't figured it out yet.

Nervous, sweaty, going out tonight, feel sick.

Yesterday rocked. Short version: A really pretty girl sat with me at lunch. After work, Geoff was playing whatever Mark and I told him to (generally speaking). The playlist was along the lines of: The Faint, then Black Eyed Peas, then Slayer, than Tegan and Sarah, then Pantera, then Motley Crue. haha.. it was nuts but soo fun. Update more? Maybe later...
