Excessive

I have this problem where I can't lay and try to fall asleep if I'm hungry, even a little bit. I need to go to bed feeling full, or I'll just think about I'm hungry non-stop and can never rest my mind. That's why I'm up still, writing this, because I was hungry. Also, I went from doing non-stop school work for 6 hours into trying to sleep and I didn't have any time to wind down or relax. I didn't even have a chance to watch tv or play a game.
