Excessive

I didn't quite get through the night safely this time. I woke up at 2am this morning with a sinus headache, and it was my own fault. I didn't take a sleeping pill last night, and I was laying down trying to sleep but I couldn't breath through my nose and it was so difficult to get comfortable, out of frustration and stupidity, I got up and used my nasal spray, convinced that the headaches are a coincedence and I won't get one. It was 2am when I woke up with a splitting headache, unable to get back to sleep or be alive. I think I fell back asleep for a bit, but around 4:30 or 5am, I got up and had breakfast, watched an episode of DS9 and eventually laid back down. I was so tired, and the breakfast helped me feel a bit more comfortable even though the stabbing pain behind my right eye was fairly intense. I managed to fall back asleep until around 8:30am, but I'm so exausted and tired. I ended up taking a migraine pill, and it actually did take away the headache (mostly) but I still feel unimaginably tired, and just like garbage.

I think I kind of screwed myself up... screwed myself over... or however you god damn want to put it. You see, I was hyper-focused on school, reading chapters of my books the day it was assigned, doing my homework regardless of the time, I was dedicated and in it, and working well. I was stressed and unhappy that I had no time to relax, so I worked really hard, got caught up and about two or three days ago I finished my work early, so I sat down and started playing Final Fantasy XIII-2, which was one of the first times I really spent any good amount of time relaxing since I started school. The problem was that it was really fun, and addictive, and now I want to play more.

I just had a nice 13 hour shfit at work, but I drank and ate a lot so I didn't get a bad headache or anything. I did feel one coming, so I took a few pills and it actually helped and fought it off. It was pretty busy, we had a stupid Opera menu in the cafe that Julie and Matt had to deal with, and then Kyle, myself and Jeff managed the wedding for 80 people.

I'm pretty tired and totally not driven to write much of anything, and yet here I am at the new entry form... hmmm. There was another fire in my building today, firemen and all. They got it under control quickly, and although I didn't have to stand outside, while I was investigating/leaving the building before I knew I didn't have to, I inhaled quite a bit of smoke and my lungs have kind of ached all day. The fire was started by some dumbshit who was cooking, and the frying pan caught on fire, and he attempted to put the fire out with sugar, because.. as you all know, sugar puts fires out. Oh.. wait.. no, sugar melts, boils and burns horribly, so.. don't put sugar on fires alright?
