Excessive

I get a headache almost every day. I get a migraine a lot. I get migraine warning signs almost every day. I take too many migraine pills. I sometimes just feel exausted, and just feel defeated.

We've had a bit of snow this year, with only one major snowstorm that's affected travel. Tonight's... well, tonight's is sure to cause some issues on the roads.

You are not better than all of them. You are pathetic. You have no value. You are ugly. You are of no worth, and should never leave the home. You have nothing to offer anyone, and it would be best if you didn't ever open your mouth. You are pathetic and useless.

I drank more than I wanted to last night. It was the staff party, and I almost didn't want to go, and wasn't in the greatest mood. We went with the plan of only spending the $20 we got back from getting in (ticket refund) and that would be that. I wanted to leave early, and you know, just... be normal. I was super nervous going, and didn't feel good, the entire thing felt wrong.

I needed today, I really needed today, for what it was, so I could survive.

Yesterday was a terrible, terrible day. I've been having a rough week, but yesterday was sort of the culmination of everything building up, leading into non-stop, high anxiety. I took half a xanax in the morning before work so I could try to calm myself down and do some school work, but it didn't help much, I was so full of anxious energy that it was hard to do much of anything.

It was an active, busy day today, something that doesn't regularly occur. A day that I would classify as good, as fun, as enjoyable; Memorable, calming and satisfying.
