When Will I feel better
  • I lived on Grey St.
  • I worked at Windermere
  • Michelle was my Roommate

I've been stuck in a lull lately.. for the last couple weeks. I can't seem to snap out of it, but today I took the first step (by shaving, of all things).

My Mouths!
  • I lived on Grey St.
  • I worked at Windermere
  • Michelle was my Roommate

My mouth feels so uncomfortable right now. Well, these last few days, and it's getting worse and worse each day. It doesn't really... hurt... but it stings if things touch certain areas (like tomatoes, orange juice, chips). I'm pretty sure it's all the places where the needles went in, but my whole mouth is being affected. The holes themselves are swollen and sore, and I think the skin on the roof of my mouth and cheeks might be dying. It just leaves me feeling gross in my mouth.

Well, I don't really have a good way of replying to comments, especially when the people leaving comments ask me questions but don't leave emails.. *cough* Aaanyway, I thought I'd take this time to respond to some comments that have been left in the last few entries. Just for reference purposes, I'll be posting the original comment exactly as it was posted, and then referring to specific quotes of the comment with white.

First Day At Work
  • I lived with my Mom
  • I was with Linzie
  • I worked at Pizza Hut

So today was my first day working at Pizza Hut. It went well.. I think. According to Lindy and another coworker, I did very very well, but I never really got the feeling that I was doing super or anything, just sorta dragging myself along as expected. Anyway...

Ten Foot Pole
  • I lived with my Mom
  • I was with Linzie
  • I worked at Pizza Hut

I went to a show tonight, Ten Foot Pole. I felt like shit through all of it and fell asleep through one of the bands so you could imagine that I didn't enjoy it as much as I should have. The first band and the best band that went on was Closet Monster. They were like a young Anti-Flag. The sound, the attitude, the intensity.. it reminded me of Anti-Flag or even Propagandhi; it was awesome. They're from Ajax (Sum 41 is also from Ajax). The second band that went on was Trouble Is. They had a very pop-punk sound to them, like New Found Glory. That's the band that popped into my head when I heard these guys. The singer has that same, sensitive guy sound to it. Third was Belvedere but I didn't really like their sound.. or maybe I did.. but I was totally out of it and fell asleep through most of it. I was sitting up, with my hood up and my hands over my face.. and I kept drifting in and out of conciousness... and I could only think of one thing. After Belvedere was finished playing, I kinda woke up a bit and stood up for Ten Foot Pole, the headlining band. I hadn't heard a lot of stuff by them, but enough to know that they were worth standing up close for. I've been listening to them for four or five years, so I should have been excited but I was so... uncomfortable that I just wanted to go home. Anyway, they played very well and I'm going to be downloading a lot more of their music in the next few days... over all, if I was feeling fine it would have been amazing show, with the awesome Closet Monster and exciting Ten Foot Pole, it was well worth the cost. Since I was feeling horrible, it was only a moderatly enjoyable concert (the whole time I just wanted to go home.. at one time I was handed money to take a cab home because I looked like hell).
