Excessive

A few days ago Bekki and I did a flight of Sauvignon Blanc from three different wineries, and two different regions. It's always fun and interesting to put a single grape varietal side by side and see how terrior and wine makers can shape the flavors in such dramaticly different ways.

Today was an eventful day, a mid-term, a long shift at work, and no time to myself or time at home. I should be mad or depressed or something, but in reality I'm just tired, and I kinda wish I had time to play a game, or watch something, or read my book, but I don't... I have to open tomorrow at 7am, so even if I went to bed right now, I'd still only get six hours sleep, and every minute I spend sitting here writing is one less minute of sleep, so I really should make this quick.

Today was tiring. How often do I say that? Pretty often I'd guess...

Only getting five hours of sleep last night or so, waking up this morning was very difficult. I took a cab to work, and worked through the day on the normal breakfast stuff (it was pretty busy) and the rest of the time working on getting brunch ready for tomorrow.

Today sucked, sucked sucked sucked. Work was busy because of a stupid BBQ, and some lunches and a busy day in the cafe. I got to work and got some breakfasts ready, and then got most of the two lunches we had ready, and then started on the BBQ, which by far took the most time. After the BBQ went, I got called over to the stupid cafe to cook pasta a couple times and I really hate it... I think it might've been the first time I've done it since I came back full time.

I'm tired, very super tired. I went to bed at 7am, with the help of a sleeping pill, and woke up at 12pm to go grocery shopping. I'm probably going to nap for an hour or two just to get in a better mood and feel awake, but I usually have trouble falling asleep during the day when I actually want to sleep.

Not only am I really tired, but my mind just feels so exhausted. Yesterday evening I had a nap, as I mentioned earlier; as a result I was unable to sleep later on, not that I even tried. I just stayed up... playing games... watching shows.
