Seemingly nothing

Kinda feels like I really didn't do anything tonight. I went to the grocery store after work on my bike, in the ice, and it was awesome. Then I came home, had spaghetti and watched The Office, and then played WoW, but didn't really do anything...

I wish I could stay up until I was super tired playing WoW and relax and have fun, but nope, even though I've only been home for two and a half hours, I have to force myself to go to sleep because I have to work tomorrow, 12pm to 8pm, and then 7:30am on Monday, so when I get home tomorrow I have to go to sleep right away again, sons a bitches.

Rogers Sucks

I'm very frustrated at the moment, and not just frustrated, but angry, and feeling; not trapped, but something similar. For the last week (at least) we've been having severe issues with our Rogers internet. The phone and the TV work fine, it's just the internet service we're having problems with, in that it's barely working at all, and at times not working in the least. There are times where its functioning to a decent level, but even the best times aren't what it used to be like. Most of the time websites load slowly, and World of Warcraft has significant lag, but when it gets really bad, like last Saturday, Sunday and last night, websites will not load, World of Warcraft gets ping in the 2000 to 5000 range where it's unplayable, and there is basically no reason to be on the computer. Tonight is probably the worst it's been yet, it won't even let me connect to a World of Warcraft server, I did manage to run a speed test on the network, and we pay for a 10Mbps connection, or 10,240Kbps and the speed test results was that my connection speed was at 58Kbps, that's 0.05% of what it should be. Fuck you Rogers. Fuck you.

I've got some time off of work, and I've decided to keep my activities simple. Do a few things I've wished I could've done if I had more time to myself, play lots of games, and relax. It sounds like a good plan to me, so I'll see how it goes.

New Years Resolution: Top 3 Albums
  • I lived on Langarth St.

The second instalment of my 2009 Top 3 Stuff series of writing continues today with my Top 3 Albums of 2009, as decided by what I keep going back to week after week. Unlike my selection of games, I chose to only select albums that were actually released this year, as I thought it was more important, because I could've easily just picked all Beatles albums and what not, so I figured we'd keep it current for the highest possible amount of relevance.
